GMA Network’s flagship AM radio station Super Radyo DZBB was named Radio Station of the Year at the 7th People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) Makatao Awards for Media Excellence on Nov. 29 at the Dusit Thani Manila in Makati City.
Radio GMA President and DZBB anchor Mike Enriquez also won, for the third consecutive year, the Best Radio News Anchor award.

In the television category, Mel Tiangco was voted this year’s Best TV News Anchor; while Kara David Best TV Public Affairs Program Host.
A Special Award was also given to Sandra Aguinaldo’s I-Witness documentary “Women Warriors” for bringing the Marawi stories to the public.
