The city as donor shall assume all fees and costs of the donation after the turnover of the ownership of the items to the recipient institution.

In another development, City Resolution 7142, introduced by District 6 Councilor Melencio Castelo Jr., gave Bautista the green light to sign a deed for the donation of two computers to Barangay Gulod in District 5 at no cost.

The computers were purchased through the initiative of District 5 Councilor Karl Edgar Castelo.
