How would you like to wear a pair of shoes also worn by a Hollywood actress? Or, are you interested in sporting sneakers that are environmentally-friendly?
Sneakers brand Saucony introduces Bullet, inspired by the original 1985 track shoe of the same name which has spikes and all. Kristen Stewart was seen wearing the low-profile sneakers, which she paired with black shirt and jeans.
Bullet is made of nylon/suede and sits on a familiar rubber outsole. The latest update maintains the original silhouette of the street-popular sneakers.
The footwear brand also rolls out the latest under its G9 Shadow 6000 which is made of vegetable tanned leather or Veg-Tan.
Veg-Tan leather is created by vegetable tanning process using leaves, fruit, and tree bark. The traditional craft process uses natural tannins, available in liquid or powder form, thus making each shoe unique—it’s not the same and changes during its entire life.
“With each wear, the Veg Tan becomes unique to the wearer, no one will patina the same. This leaves you with a unique and premium pair of kicks, original to you,” Saucony says in a statement.
Bullet is available for P3,295 while the G9 Shadow 6000 Veg Tan retails at P5,995. Saucony stores are at Glorietta 3, UP Town Center, and TriNoMa.
