TUGUEGARAO—Cagayan State University and Isabela State University top as performing Local Resource Institutes during the training for the implementation of the 2017 Citizen Satisfaction Index System.
CSU garnered an average of 85 percent while ISU got 84 percent in terms of performance in the trial field coverage and data processing and analysis.
The evaluation process of CSIS is data gathering through surveying the schools personally and continue it within the 30 municipalities nationwide. In region 02, the municipalities of Lal-lo, Cagayan and Echague, Isabela will be handled by CSU and ISU, respectively.
The CSIS is a component of the social accountability initiative of the Department of the Interior and Local Government, the Local Governance Watch. CSIS is designed to generate citizen’s feedback on the reach and quality of basic government services on health, education, social welfare, governance and response, public works and infrastructure, environmental management and economic and investment promotion.
