‘Philippines’ Next Top Model’ high street finale tonight

These days, there’s tons of TV series and shows, ranging from thrilling action series to electrifying love stories. One show that stands out among fashionistas is TV5’s Philippines’ Next Top Model. For the past season, this television series gave viewers the perfect entertainment package with fierce contestants, fab fashion and drama on and off the runway. All these will be taken to the next level as the Philippines Next Top Model Cycle 2 prepares for its finale runway walk.

Philippines’ Next Top Model (PNTM) made a striking comeback on television screens on March 21 and this year’s return of PNTM focuses on high street fashion featuring the stylish yet OOTD-ready fashion pieces for all the fashion-forward Filipinas. The show is hosted by former beauty queen and MTV VJ Maggie Wilson with Kylie Verzosa (the model mentor), Rain Dagala, (the fashion authority), and Rapha Kiefer (the peacemaker) as judges. Starting with 24 contestants, it’s now down to the final 3 – Adela, Angela and Ina

With the goal of determining the next top model, the finale episode is something that you wouldn’t want to miss! Here is a sneak peek of what to watch out for in the finale. 

Trendy Fashion Pieces

In the finale, the models will be rocking two sets of amazing fashion pieces. Designer Rocky Gathercole is known for his A-list clients like Beyonce, Paris Hilton, and Katy Perry and his use of different materials for his elaborately designed gowns and head dresses. The girls’ posing prowess will be put to the test in a photo shoot when they rock these avant garde creations made of heavy fabrics, metal and unique materials while wearing six-inch heels.  After the photo shoot, the Top 3 will also be walking the runway in stunning and stylish pieces by SM Woman.

Top Prizes

After all the hard work, each of the three finalists will get P200,000 from Oppo, the official selfie phone of Philippines’ Next Top Model. The winner of the modeling competition will not only get the title of being a Top Model but she will also get these amazing prizes: P2 million worth of brand ambassadorship contract with SM Woman, a round trip ticket to Hong Kong for two, one-year Gold’s Gym Elite membership and P1 million worth of contract with TV5.
