GMA Network’s top-rating and well-loved soap Meant To Be never fails to mesmerize and bring kilig to primetime viewers. And as the episodes of the rom-com series get more exciting and addicting, four new heartthrobs join the cast starting this week.
Matthias Rhoads, Vince Vandorpe, Carl Cervantes and Dave Bornea spice up the adventures and love lives of the main characters played by Barbie Forteza, Jak Roberto, Ivan Dorschner, Addy Raj and Ken Chan.
Rhoads is a Fil-Am model who stole hearts when he appeared in the viral Valentine ad of a fast food chain. In the series, he breathes life to Gordon Smith. He grew up in Manila but decided to study in New York and is interested in extreme sports.
Vince Vandorpe is a Fil-Belgian model. He’s the quiet type who loves music and he grew up in London. Meant To Be is his very first TV project and he plays Calvin “Avi” Jacobs, Beatriz’s (Sheryl Cruz) son and Ethan’s (Ivan Dorschner) cousin.
Carl Cervantes is an alumnus of Starstruck 6. He has appeared in several Kapuso programs like Dear Uge, Juan Happy Love Story, and A1 Ko Sa’Yo. Carl makes his mark in the series as Alexander “Yexel” Smith, Gordon’s half-brother. He suffers from inferiority complex while growing up because of comparisons between him and Gordon.
Meanwhile, Dave Bornea is one of the members of the all-male group One Up. He has previously appeared in Alyas Robin Hood. In the soap, Dave takes on the role of Andrew Zapata of Spanish descent. He is a famous photographer. Being an only child, he is spoiled and a happy-go-lucky kind of guy.
These four new guys, collectively known as “Gaya”, will become the greatest rivals of the “Jeya” boys composed of Jai (Addy), Ethan (Ivan), Yuan (Ken) and Andoy (Jak). Apart from adding complications to the lives of the Jeya barkada, they will they also vie for Billie’s love and affection? How will the arrival of these guys affect the friendship of Addy, Ivan, Ken and Jak?
Know their stories and catch Matthias, Vince, Carl and Dave in Meant To Be weeknights after Destined To Be Yours on GMA Telebabad.

Unstoppable is what we can describe the Ika-6 na Utos in its dominance in the ratings on daytime TV. The show is now seen six days a week (including Saturday afternoons after Eat Bulaga) and still the followers of the series seem unable to get enough of the highly dramatic confrontations between Emma (Sunshine Dizon) and Georgia (Ryza Cenon) especially now that Emma and Rome’s (Gabby Concepcion) son is dead.
Netizens have also been very supportive, proof of which is the million views of the show on YouTube, specially the aborted wedding of Rome and Georgia.

Meanwhile, despite all of this, her parents will not lose hope and will give all the love their daughter needs to speed up her recovery.
Will Heart finally win against her illness? Will the Camilus succeed in their plans? Don’t miss the series that will remind viewers how to love, My Dear Heart, weeknights after FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano on ABS-CBN or ABS-CBN HD (Skycable ch 167).
