Prior to this, the Chief Executive will be a guest at the Founders’ Day of the World Scout Movement in Malacañang.
Duterte is set to visit three Middle East countries next week.
He is off to Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain.
Duterte says, he will seek better working conditions for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) during these travels.
