Architecture and interior design firm Imagimax recently partnered with Nippon Paint (Coatings) Philippines. The partnership has generated productive results. One of them is the repainting of the Filinvest Land Incorporated’s Prominence I Village in Biñán, Laguna (Seen in photo). Nippon Paint sealers and topcoats were specified for the repaint project of the community’s 144 Mediterranean-inspired townhomes. The walls were coated with Nippon Paint Q-Shield Extra to provide a weather and fungus resistant and durable exterior finish. The roof tiles werepainted with Nippon Paint’s specially formulated Paint Roof Coating.
“In every project, we make it our goal to create a sense of pride for the place,” said Katherine delos Reyes, Imagimax’s pioneer architect (inset). The key to this is in the property’s enduring design. It should meticulously focus on quality, and creatively integrate innovative and sustainable practices to address our clients’ specific needs.” The decision to select Nippon Paint was supported by Miko delos Reyes, lead architect at Imagimax (inset). “We’re always looking for materials that will better our projects,” he said.
