Their members will march from several assembly points such as Liwasang Bonifacio in Manila as early as 2 pm.

Other organizations are set to hold demonstrations at People Power Monument in White Plains, Quezon City.

PNP National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Director Oscar Albayalde says, with or without permit, they will allow the protesters to hold the rallies.

This is based on President Duterte’s directive to law enforcers.

Albayalde says, police will exercise maximum tolerance in dealing with protesters.

Nevertheless, cops have been deployed to prevent marchers from causing further traffic congestion on a rainy Friday afternoon and evening.
