“Plaridel: Dungan ng Katipunan,” a book on propagandist Marcelo H. del Pilar by Crisanto King Cortez, a full-time security guard, was launched on the 166th birth anniversary of the patron of the Association of Philippine Journalists-Samahang Plaridel on August 30.
