At P1200.00 net per person, Buddha-Bar Manila’s New Flavors menu offers interesting and mouthwatering dishes expertly crafted by Chef Soc Santos, currently the executive chef of the metro’s most stylish restaurant-lounge-and-bar.

Chef Soc’s love affair with food goes back to the time when she earned a Grand Diploma in Classic Culinary Arts in New York’s International Culinary Center, formerly The French Culinary Institute. The award of excellence she received in the course of her training affirmed Chef Soc’s cooking prowess. She has been whipping up excellent dishes across the globe for more than 15 years.
