Office space provider Regus said Thursday it will take over the management of Ascott serviced offices at Glorietta 4 in Makati City.
Regus also announced new business center opening in Taguig, following the center openings in Clark, Manila and Cebu in December last year.
The Ascott Makati Business Center has more than 2,000 square meters of flexible workspace in the heart of the commercial and business district.
“As the global economy becomes more unpredictable and volatile, Filipino businesses and entrepreneurs are looking for flexible real estate solutions for their operations. Our proven model is in greater demand, allowing companies of all sizes to set up quickly without the costs and risks of managing their own infrastructure,” said Regus Philippines country manager Lars Wittig.
Regus said with the two latest additions, it now has 24 business centers providing workspace solutions for both local and international companies looking for office spaces and business facilities in the Philippines.
