We have been encountering posts on dogs, cats, and other animals on Facebook that are eye-openers, or inspiring, or enlightening, or educational, or can make one feel good during a stressful day, or make one encouraged to help the poor souls among us.

“This is my father, together with Robin, the cat we had at home for 17 years. When we saw them sleeping so tenderly, we rushed to get the camera.
This is the last photo of my father; that very evening, he left us forever, taking a piece of our hearts with him.
You won’t believe it, but this is also the last photo of Robin; exactly two nights later, he left us too.
We are sure there is a meaning to all of this, that Robin, who was very attached to my father, chose to follow him, unable to bear the separation.
Now we imagine them still like this, wrapped in an embrace that nothing and no one can ever separate.”💞”

“ Even then.”

“In the verdant hills of Ireland, a kind-hearted individual discovered a group of fox pups left to fend for themselves. With compassion and care, he nurtured them back to vitality. As they grew, the wilderness called to them, offering freedom and the life they were born into. Yet, in a heartwarming twist of fate, these foxes chose a different path. They found a home, not in the wild, but in the unwavering bond with the man who saved them. Now, they roam freely, but their hearts remain with their human guardian, a testament to the unexpected friendships that can form across the boundaries of nature ❤️🐾”
