Tatatito unveils new holiday menu: ‘Pagsasalo’ and ‘Paskong Paborito’

In the Philippines, Christmas isn’t just a season – it’s a time for family, laughter, and tables laden with delicious food. More than just a meal, food becomes the heart of every gathering, igniting conversations, spreading joy, and creating memories.

Tatatito Filipino Kitchen captures this spirit by bringing families together with two festive menu offerings: “Pagsasalo” and “Paskong Paborito” with dishes crafted to celebrate and elevate Filipino Christmas traditions.

Sizzling Sinigang Scallops

Pagsasalo, Tatatito’s holiday feast, encapsulates the flavors of Filipino heritage in every bite. The Lemon Garlic Scallops (P850) start the meal with a light and flavorful touch, featuring tender scallops cooked to perfection and infused with zesty lemon and garlic. For a bold twist on a local favorite, the Sizzling Sinigang Scallops (P980) serve up fresh scallops in a sizzling, tangy tamarind broth that adds a savory, heartwarming element to the holiday spread. Tatatito proudly presents dishes featuring locally sourced scallops from Roxas City in the Visayas region. Delivered fresh and alive to Tatatito each day, these scallops are expertly prepared by the restaurant’s chefs to bring out the ultimate in freshness and flavor.

The Pinaputok na Chicken Galantina, available in both regular (P980) and sharing size (P1,680), brings a festive centerpiece to the table, featuring deboned chicken stuffed with vegetables, spices, and rich chicken mousse. Wrapped in fragrant pandan leaves and fired to infuse a smoky depth, this “pinaputok” preparation elevates the flavors of this beloved dish.

Tatatito’s Ensaymada

Adding a touch of sweetness to the holiday table, Paskong Paborito offers classic Filipino treats. The Blooming Hot Tsokolate (P200) captures the warmth of a traditional Filipino hot chocolate made from rich cacao, served with a blooming marshmallow for a playful twist. For a delightful finish, Tatatito’s Ensaymada (P120) brings a soft, fluffy pastry with buttery richness, topped with a layer of cheese that evokes nostalgia and comfort with every bite.

With Pagsasalo and Paskong Paborito, Tatatito invites everyone to rediscover the joy of Filipino Christmas traditions through food, bringing the season’s warmth and flavors to every table.
