Viewers of recreation center Sunshine Place’s online concert can journey own memory lane as they listen to classical music.
Multi-awarded pianist Inna Montesclaros performs selections from Franz Liszt’s Hungarian Rhapsody No. 10, Sonetto 104 del Petrarca and Harmonies du Soir as well as Liszt’s Widmung with Robert Schumann and George Enescu’s Piano Suite No. 2 for the Nostalgia online concert ongoing until Dec. 31.
Montesclaros finished her Bachelor of Music Degree at the Royal College of Music in London, and her Master of Arts Degree and Advanced Diploma at the Royal Academy of Music in London.
She won the gold at the 2009 Asia International Piano Academy Festival and Competition in Cheonan, South Korea; the silver at the 1st International Piano Competition in Hanoi, Vietnam in 2010; and the bronze prize and sole winner in the Concerto B Category at the 4th International Chopin Piano Competition in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2010. She has performed solo concerts in various venues around the world.
