Former Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano, and Rep. Edgar Erice lead the distributions to the 400 beneficiaries of the Sari-Sari Store Community program in Caloocan City on Thursday. This is on top of 100 sari-sari store owners from the city who received aid from the program.
