Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach believes that Hannah Arnold, the newly-crowned Binibinining Pilipinas International, has what it takes to win the country's seventh Miss International title.
On Monday, Pia took to Instagram Stories to congratulate Arnold, whom she called “our next Miss International.”
