The Cebu Pacific Air on Tuesday said it was offering local travelers the cheapest COVID-19 RT-PCR (reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction) test for only P2,500.
The airline came up with the new promo in partnership with Health Metrics, Inc. and Safeguard DNA Diagnostics Inc. The special rate is solely for passengers booked on Cebu Pacific and its sister airline Cebgo.
As a number of local and international destinations still require negative coronavirus RT-PCR test results prior to entry, CEB has ensured this requirement is made more accessible and affordable through these reduced rates.
Results are guaranteed to be released within 48 hours, while a guaranteed 24-hour turnaround period is priced at P3,200 for both laboratories.
HMI has clinics in cities of Pasay and Makati; while SDDI has facilities in Mandaluyong City, Bacolod, and Davao.
