Local tourists enjoy swimming at a beach resort in Cavite on June 3, 2021, despite scattered rains and strong waves spawned by Tropical Storm Dante (international name Choi wan). Starting June 1, resorts in areas under a general community quarantine have been allowed to operate at 30% capacity.
