Who says you cannot explore and meet new people while staying safe at home?
Airbnb’s Online Experiences, launched last year to enable the platform’s hosts to earn income amid the pandemic, offers various activities guests can enjoy through their computer screens.
According to a survey Airbnb conducted last year, 63 percent of guests booked Online Experiences to be entertained and 56 percent booked to learn about other cultures and lifestyles. Food and Drink has been the most popular category globally and across the Asia Pacific region, accounting for nearly 40 percent of seats booked.
The Online Experiences available vary from exploring the street and famous attractions in cities around the world to learning new skills.
