Servicio, previously known as SM Business Service Center, further expands the services it offers.
In addition to bills payments, foreign exchange and remittances, and government services, customers can now purchase products like Wi-Fi kits and entertainment for mobile TV, gift cards and gift passes, SMAC (SM Advantage Card), and even prayer cards.
Servicio also offers cash-in of digital wallets (GCash, PayMaya, GrabPay), top up of Easytrip and Autosweep RFIDs, top up of reloadable bank cards like Metrobank and BPI, and mobile payment transactions.
“All these transformations created a smoother and more convenient shopping experience for customers of Servicio as we commit to naturally progress,” says Nieva.
The mall began offering foreign exchange and bills payment services 25 years ago at the store’s Customer Service counters.
As SM grew, its bill payment service expanded to include government agencies like SSS, Pag-IBIG, Philippine Statistics Authority, PhilHealth, Land Transportation Office, and NBI.
SM also partnered with major electric, water, and cable providers in cities and municipalities nationwide. It has tie-ups with airlines like Cebu Pacific, PAL/Pal Express, AirAsia, Cathay Pacific/TigerAir; as well as with BDO Insurance; 2GO Express for parcels and documents and 2GO Travel for travel tickets of passengers.
Servicio has 25 outlets located at SM Supermalls. Shoppers can also avail of select services offered at The SM Store Customer Service, SM Malls’ Information Booth, and Consumer Welfare Help Desk at SM Malls, SM Markets, and Waltermart.
