Bottled smoothie brand OZ (ounce) by Berryporium makes drinking healthy beverage enjoyable with its nutrient-rich refreshing variants. According to Berryporium co-founder Cath Diverson, all six blends are made with real superfoods high in fiber and antioxidants, have no sugar-added, vegan-friendly, and preservative-free. Immune-boosting cooler
Food and beverage expert Gio Racelis shares his summer cooler concoction made with local ingredients rich in nutrients. Dubbed Newness, it showcases the complementing flavors of basil and ginger, combined with the tropical blend of calamansi, pineapple, and guyabano (soursop) puree.
To make this refreshing drink, muddle 5g of ginger in a cocktail shaker; add 45ml guyabano puree, 90ml pineapple juice, 30ml calamansi juice, 30ml simple syrup, and 45ml white rum (optional); mix and double strain before pouring into a glass; garnish with basil leaves; and serve.
