At around 7:45 am on May 20. 2021, a heavily loaded truck traversing the uphill portion of Brgy Bontiway, Marcos Highway skidded on the road shoulder spilling its cargo of canned cooking oil rendering the highway slippery and dangerous to other motorists. Firemen from Tuba Bureau of Fire Protection spread sawdust to absorb the spilt oil and render the major road leading to Baguio City fit and safe for motorists to travel.
