European homebuilder PIK is set to widen its footprint to key markets in Asia, starting with the launch of its first real estate project in the Philippines.
HDRP Group Corporation, the local subsidiary of PIK, is kicking off the expansion with One Sierra in Mandaluyong City.
The project is a low-density residential building with ten units per floor, totaling 250 units spread across 30-storeys starting on the fifth floor.
PIK, with its headquarters in Moscow, has built about 500,000 urban homes in major cities in Russia.
PIK plans to expand in the Philippines, building its landbank in key areas in Metro Manila.
At One Sierra, buyers can choose from studio, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, or small-office/ home-office (SOHO) units, all ranging from 32 to 84 square meters.
