Frozen Darjeeling Margarita
Sun’s blazing, cocktail making. This recipe makes use of one of TWG Tea’s handcrafted summer teabags, made with black tea with notes of green mango and delicious aroma reminiscent of lily of the valley.
Ingredients:
50ml Darjeeling tea syrup
30ml unsweetened calamansi or lime juice
30ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
1 cup crushed ice
Procedure:
Infuse 1 Darjeeling Iced Teabag in 450ml of water at 95-degree Celsius for 4 minutes. Remove teabag then add 50g of sugar and stir until dissolved.
Pour all ingredients in the blender. Blend for 20 seconds. Serve in a martini glass
Avocado Banana Soy Smoothie
Get both the anti-inflammatory benefits plus the essential vitamins and minerals from these two fruits, blended with plant-based dairy alternative, soy milk.
Ingredients:
1 cup sliced avocado
1 cup sliced banana
1 tbsp. honey
1 cup Vitasoy Plus Milky
1 cup crushed ice
Procedure:
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 30 seconds. Serve.
Pineapple Strawberry Smoothie
A soy milk-based smoothie packed with protein, calcium, and vitamin C.
Ingredients:
1 pc. pineapple, chopped
8 pcs. strawberries
1 ½ cup Vitasoy Plus Milky
3 tbsp. raw sugar
1 cup crushed ice
Procedure:
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 30 seconds. Serve.
