Property developer C-5 Mansions Development Corp. recently announced that construction of its latest project, Ridgewood Towers Premier, reached ground level.

The 31-storey residential condominium’s mat foundation and four basement levels are now complete, and work will soon begin on the upper floors.
Ridgewood Towers Premier is located along Pres. CP Garcia Ave., near SM Aura and Bonifacio Global City (BGC).
The mixed-use tower’s six floors covering 168 units, are earmarked for Ridgewood Premier Hotel (Inset photo).Turnover is expected in the latter part of 2022.
