Marriott Manila offers Halloween Party at Home Package for a ghoulishly good feast and fun with loved ones. The P1,800 nett package includes Frankenstein’s Joint, crispy pork pata served with atchara and steamed rice; Brain and Eyeball Pasta, spaghetti with meatball sauce; Dracula’s Fingers, fried chicken fillet served with sweet corn and barbeque sauce; Spider Bread stuffed with hotdog; and six-inch Gateau Fantome (Ghost Cake), a dark chocolate moist cake with salted caramel ganache, snickers frosting, chocolate coating, and meringue ghost.
The package is good for two to three persons—costumes optional.
Sweet Spook-tacular Treats, perfect for kids and kids-at-heart, come in the form of Dead Velvet Cake, a red velvet sponge cake with strawberry compote, cream cheese frosting, and red glaze; Forbidden Fruit Cake with green apple mousse, green apple jelly, roasted green apple caramel maple cremeux, financier sponge, and green glacage; White Lady Cake, made with white chocolate mousse with short crust dough, crunchy layer, berry confit, sponge cake, and neutral glaze; and Gateau Fantome.
Mini cakes priced at P300 each include Brain Cake with white chocolate mousse, strawberry gelee, almond joconde, deco fondant, and strawberry coulis; Pumpkin Carrot made with pumpkin carrot sponge cake with cream cheese frosting with orange juice drizzle; Death by Chocolate made with white chocolate cremeux, roasted milk chocolate mousse, walnut black sesame Florentine, chocolate pain de gene, and chocolate mirror glaze; and Scary Cat Mango Chocolate made with chocolate Breton, chocolate sponge, mango jelly, and chocolate mousse with chocolate glaze.
