State-owned Philippine Postal Corporation marks the bravery and sacrifices of Filipino frontline workers with a special stamp issue, featuring them as superheroes fighting the coronavirus disease (COVID-19). The commemorative stamps will be made available starting today July 13, 2020, PhilPost says.
