The construction of Sonora Garden Residences, a residential complex project of Consunji-led DMCI Homes and Robinsons Land Corp. in Las Piñas, has resumed following the easing of community quarantine measures in Metro Manila.
RLC DMCI Property Ventures Inc. said in a statement the three-tower condominium project was moving forward, while observing health protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
RLC and DMCI Homes launched the project late last year. They aim to build a private community south of Metro Manila with convenient access.
Situated within Robinsons Mall Las Piñas Complex near Alabang-Zapote Road, the 1.45-hectare Sonora Garden Residences is offering buyers with resort-inspired development, which is ideal for young professionals and startup families.
The three buildings comprising the project are the 15-story Stellan, 40-story Cadence and 41-story Liran, which will have one-, two- and three-bedroom units with sizes ranging from 28 square meters (sq.m.) to 83.5 sq. m.
The property, originally scheduled for turnover by December 2023, is now pre-selling at P4.07 million and up.
The 1.45-hectare property will bring future residents closer to retail and dining destinations, supermarkets, business centers, airports, universities and health institutions.
