The Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Inc. turned over 20 mobile patrol vehicles to the Manila Police District on Monday. Mayor Isko Moreno said that the donated patrol cars would help strengthen the police visibility and speed up the response time of police within the city.
