Around 150 stranded Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in Manila avail of the free ride to their home cities of Davao and General Santos through the Philippine Coast Guard ship Gabriela Silang on Monday, as authorities diligently applied coronavirus protocols even to the passengers children.
