Leading Japanese burger chain MOS Burger held a two-day pop-up store at the second level of Robinsons Galleria (ADB Avenue entrance) prior to the opening of its restaurant in the same area in the first quarter of the year.
Doors opened at 12 noon on January 15 and 16, but customers lined up as early as 10:00 AM to have first dibs on two of its classic burgers—the Signature MOS Cheese Burger (Php149) and Yakiniku Rice Burger (Php169).
These are MOS Burgers’ international menu mainstays that will be part of the Philippine menu.
The first branch is scheduled to open this February at Robinsons Galleria.
Three hundred burgers were made available during the pop-up event, with each customer allowed to purchase a maximum of two burgers per order.
Last year, MOS Burger Philippines was established to operate the local branch of MOS Burger and MOS Café following a joint venture agreement between MOS Food Services Inc. of Japan and Tokyo Coffee Holdings.
