Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI), a leader in VisMin real estate development, has announced a joint venture with Martinez Agricultural Corp. (MAC) to create a new mixed-use development in Midtown Cebu.
This collaboration aims to deliver a state-of-the-art project combining residential and retail components.
