Kenbert Chua, a passionate pet enthusiast, always dreamed of opening his own shop. After achieving notable success in various local and international betta competitions, including being inducted into the Hall of Fame in the Philippines and becoming an endorser for Atison’s Betta PRO of Belgium, he transformed his dream into reality.
The concept for a unique themed cafe emerged, one that would serve delicious meals in a relaxing atmosphere while featuring a souvenir shop offering premium betta fish and an Underwater Waterfalls Aquarium.
With a mission to provide a memorable dining experience through a commitment to high-quality food and a connection to nature, Chua, along with his friends Jet Umali and architect Jim Lester Co, brought Cafe Aquatica to life in 2016.
