Chevrolet surges back with HARI’s bold vision

HARIPHIL Asia Resources, Inc. (HARI) has officially welcomed the iconic American brand into its portfolio of power vehicles. Marked by a three-year roadmap and the preview of exciting new models, this development showcases HARI’s strategy to reestablish Chevrolet’s presence and prominence.

Themed “Generation Chevrolet 3.33,” the inaugural meeting with the Chevrolet dealer network was imbued with a sense of optimism and a call for “breakthroughs” in managing critical areas of the business. This optimism is well-founded, as Chevrolet has already demonstrated a remarkable 131% growth in the first half of 2024, outpacing its full-year performance in 2023, driven by the popularity of models like the Tracker, Camaro, and Trailblazer.

“We want to acknowledge the dedicated individuals and teams of Chevrolet’s dealer network who fearlessly delivered remarkable results this first half of the year,” said Ms. Agudo, known in the industry for her unparalleled ability to build automotive brands to their maximum potential.

Ms. Agudo detailed HARI’s three-year roadmap for Chevrolet, which includes the introduction of new products, the strategic expansion of the dealer network, and ambitious targets for 2024-2027. The meeting concluded on a high note with a preview of the exciting new models soon to grace Philippine shores.

“Taking a long view of HARI’s almost 25 years in the business, I clearly see how the ups and downs of our journey have accumulated to wins, because we refuse to stay down,” Ms. Agudo remarked. “We always get up, humbler but braver and wiser. I see history repeating itself as we embark on another breakthrough journey to fulfill General Motors’ vision to pioneer innovations that move and connect people in this broad and diverse world of ours.”
