Tourism Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco, along with Philippine Experience Program (PEP) delegates, clad in full T’boli regalia, immerses in the T’boli community’s culture, while riding the traditional owong boat for a tour of the breathtaking Lotus Garden at Lake Sebu. The delegates embarked on an immersion in the community’s weaving traditions as well as cultural performances and display of local products.
