Bataan Gov. Joet Garcia and Samal Mayor Alex Acuzar recently led the inauguration and blessing of Samal library and museum.
Located beside the Samal municipal hall, the library and museum houses books donated by NGOs and computer units for research of the public.

There are also artifacts and paintings, and sculptures created by local art group PeninsulArtes and other homegrown artists.
Acuzar highlighted the importance of library and museum to enrich the knowledge of the public on arts and culture, and history.
First District Board Member Tony Roman, Samal Vice Mayor Ronnie Ortiguerra, provincial tourism officer Danica Tigas, members of Sangguniang Bayan of Samal and other LGU officers joined the event.
