Set to grace Ford dealerships nationwide by next month
Ford Philippines has unveiled the highly anticipated seventh-generation Mustang for the local market, commemorating the iconic pony car’s 60th anniversary. The all-new Ford Mustang, scheduled to hit showrooms in May, promises to deliver the unparalleled driving performance that has long defined the Mustang brand.
“The Mustang has undergone evolution over the last six decades, but one thing remains the same – the Mustang’s unparalleled driving performance that represents the spirit of freedom, passion, and innovation,” said Michael Breen, Ford Philippines Managing Director. “We are thrilled to join the global celebration of Mustang’s 60th anniversary, but most of all, we are excited to open the next chapter for this icon with the launch of the All-New Mustang in the Philippines in May.”
The all-new Ford Mustang will be available in the Philippines with a choice of two powerful engine options: a 5.0-liter V8 producing 486 horsepower and 567 Nm of torque, or a 2.3-liter mill delivering 315 horsepower and 475 Nm of torque. Both engines are mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission, ensuring an exhilarating driving experience.
Featuring a more aggressive and athletic design, the all-new Mustang boasts sharper lines and edges, accompanied by the iconic tri-bar headlamps and a bold honeycomb grille. The low-slung silhouette and 19-inch aluminum wheels further accentuate the Mustang’s sporty and dynamic appearance.
Inside the cabin, drivers and passengers will be welcomed by Recaro sport leather seats, a 12-inch digital cluster, and a 13-inch colored center display with SYNC 4 technology and enhanced voice recognition. The Mustang also comes equipped with a host of advanced safety features under Ford’s Co-Pilot360 technology, including blind spot monitoring, automatic emergency braking, and adaptive cruise control.
Customers can now pre-order the all-new Ford Mustang, with the Ecoboost Premium variant priced at P3.499 million and the GT Premium variant at P3.999 million. Ford Philippines has confirmed that a reservation fee of P30,000 will be required, which is deductible from the total vehicle cost.
