Transportation Secretary Jaime J. Bautista led the oath-taking ceremony ofJesus Ferdinand de Perio Ortega as the Undersecretary for Road Transport and Infrastructure of the Department of Transportation (DOTr), following the approval of his appointment by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. Prior to his new post, Ortega has been the chairman of the Office of Transportation Cooperatives (OTC), one of the attached agencies of the DOTr.
