Cebu Pacific Air (CEB) has announced that its operations at Dipolog Airport will be suspended from Oct. 20-24 due to runway surface damage.
The suspension is due to safety concerns and will be lifted once the runway is confirmed safe for landing and take-off.
The following flights have been canceled: 5J 701/702: Manila – Dipolog – Manila; 5J 703/704: Manila – Dipolog – Manila; 5J 705/706: Manila – Dipolog – Manila; and DG 6603/6604: Cebu – Dipolog – Cebu.
CEB is offering recovery flights to Pagadian, and passengers can choose to rebook or reroute to any flight bound for Pagadian or Ozamiz.
If the travel period extends beyond 30 days, a fare difference may apply. Customers can also store the full amount in a virtual CEB wallet for future bookings or pay for add-ons. A full refund of the ticket will be provided for existing bookings.
