BTS Jungkook, has dropped his newest solo song, “Seven,” with an accompanying music video. The highly-anticipated track was uploaded on Hybe Labels’ official YouTube channel.
The captivating music video stars the youngest member of the K-pop supergroup alongside actress Han So-hee and American rapper Latto.
ARMYs are thrilled to see Jungkook’s solo endeavors continue to captivate audiences with his talent and artistic vision.
“Seven” became the fastest song in history to reach 100 #1’s on iTunes, achieving this feat in just three hours of its release.
The frenzy began when Jungkook teased a seven-second snippet of the music video on July 12. Now that the full video is out, fans were pleasantly surprised to discover that the song delves into the concept of loving someone ‘seven times a week’ instead of focusing on Jungkook’s life as an idol or his love for ARMYs.
In the music video, the 25-year-old singer-dancer takes on the role of a lover boy who goes to great lengths, even pretending to die, to win the affection of his love interest, played by Korean actress Han So Hee.
Jungkook is the sixth BTS member to release a solo album, following the group’s announcement to pause group activities temporarily to fulfill their military service duties.
