A lone bettor won the Ultra Lotto 6/58 jackpot prize of more than P366 million on Friday night.
The combination 43-58-37-47-27-17 won the bettor P366,687,465.20.
Before Friday’s draw, 37 lucky bettors have won the Ultra Lotto 6/58 since 2015.
The biggest jackpot prize for the Ultra Lotto was P1.18 billion. Two bettors won it on Oct. 14, 2018 with the winning combination of 40-50-37-25-01-45.
The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) has shared some do’s and don’ts in claiming the jackpot prize.
Jackpot winners should go to the PCSO main office in Mandaluyong City with the winning ticket and two valid IDs to claim the prize.
If the winning ticket is lost, the prize cannot be claimed.
Also, the validity of a winning ticket only lasts up to one year, and bettors must keep tickets pristine, as winning tickets will pass through a validating machine. If the ticket gets wet, crumpled, or defaced, the machine will not be able to read the number combination and serial number, and thus the winner will not be able to claim the prize.
Bettors should immediately sign their ticket upon purchase, the PCSO said. Only the person who signed the winning ticket can claim the prize.
In case the winner is unable to claim the prize due to health reasons, his or her representative should present a special power of attorney to claim the prize.
