Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna and Manila Police District (MPD) director Brig. Gen. Andre Dizon lead the deployment of hundreds of vehicles that will provide free rides to commuters on Monday, the first day of a weeklong jeepney strike. At least 100,000 jeepney drivers and operators across the country began their strike today.
