Experts are set to discuss the 2023 real estate trends in an online business meeting on Feb. 15, 2023 to provide industry stakeholders insights from last year’s property performance as guide for their informed business decisions.
The National Real Estate Association Inc.’s first business meeting this year will be livestreamed over Zoom and Facebook from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
NREA public relations officer Jeffrey Bongat said in a statement that guests include Anurag Verma, chief executive of Lamudi Philippines; Rafael Fajardo, board member of the Professional Regulatory Board for real estate services; and Atty. Angelito Aguila, OIC-director of HREDRB, Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development.
Verma will speak on 2023 real estate trends while Fajardo will discuss PRBRES policy updates, continuing professional development, including new developments on the choice of an accredited and integrated professional organization for the real estate service.
Aguila will delve on DHSUD’s real estate development policy updates.
Holding regular business meetings and industry forums in one of the year-round NREA activities outlined during its first board meeting and planning session.
NREA national president Ruth Marie Atienza said the group’s four major thrusts this year are network expansion; promoting industry engagements; boosting real estate advocacy and business advocacy.
NREA also conducts housing industry exhibits and continuing professional development seminars for real Estate practitioners.
The forum is free to participants.
