Flash Express public and media relations manager Reginald Rex Pumihic said the company recorded a sudden spike in its daily delivery transactions, which it is equipped to accommodate as it continues to boost its operations alongside business units like Flash Home and Flash Shop.
“With the excellent strategic plan of adding more hubs and distribution centers across the country, simultaneously, the company was able to establish and start acquiring Flash Shops and Flash Home partners making our services easily available to our customers reaching the company’s expansion plan beyond target at 90-percent serviceable areas nationwide in just less than a year,” Pumihic said.
Flash Shop is another business unit of Flash Express that is strategically located inside business establishments such as malls and retail stores, allowing customers to send parcels easily. Flash Home allows Filipino entrepreneurs or business owners to maximize their businesses by utilizing a spare room in their homes or any available commercial space as delivery drop-off sites.
Flash Home marketing supervisor Rechelle Capua said the Flash Home partnership program managed to open 600 branches countrywide and plans to add 400 more branches this year.
“We were able to partner with MSMEs all over the Philippines and we are able to open 600 branches as of June, driven to provide Filipinos with a low-cost, high-profit logistics business. We have already lined up various plans and campaigns which are committed to ensuring the success of our Flash Home partners and clients,” Capua said.

Pumihic said the abrupt spurt in customers and parcels was overwhelming. He said while the courier company encountered some difficulties, it took the opportunity to improve and further innovate its services.
