Pangasinan group backs BBM-Sara in May 9 polls

Mangaldan, Pangasinan—The United Lights of Pangasinan Inc. (ULOPAN) unanimously adopted a resolution supporting the candidacies of former Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. for president and Davao City Mayor Inday Sara Duterte for vice president in the May 2022 national elections.

During its two-day annual general assembly held at the ULOPAN Center here on December 18-19, more than 3,000 coordinators and members expressed their all-out support for the “BBM-Sara” tandem.

Businessman and ULOPAN President Emilio D. De Guzman said the general assembly tackled significant issues that transpired this year 2021, especially the effect of COVID-19 pandemic.

“When we discussed the forthcoming 2022 elections, our members were all united in endorsing the tandem of Senator Bong-Bong Marcos and Mayor Sara Duterte,” De Guzman explained.

The ULOPAN Inc. is a SEC-registered organization founded in 2014 by Secretary Raul L. Lambino, with more than 100,000 card-bearing members in Pangasinan.

De Guzman added that ULOPAN has already established chapters in different provinces nationwide including Metro Manila.

Vice Governor Mark DG. Lambino, the Secretary General of ULOPAN, expressed optimism that the BBM-Sara tandem will continue to deliver further growth and development in the country after the administration of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte.

Lambino informed them their group Alyansang Guico-Lambino (AGUILA) has already signified their support to the tandem of former Senator Bong-Bong Marcos and Mayor Sara Duterte.

Vice Gov. Lambino is running for reelection in tandem with Rep. Ramon “Mon-Mon” Guico III for governor in the 2022 elections.
