Malaban in Binan City, Laguna gather at the Malaban Elementary School covered court to celebrate World Toilet Day with Manila Water Foundation, which turned over public toilets and delivered sustainable sanitation interventions, such as Laguna Water’s organic-sewage treatment plant at the Laguna Techno Park.
