PHirst Park Homes Pandi

Century Properties Group, Inc. in partnership with Japan’s global business enterprise Mitsubishi Corporation recently expanded to northern Luzon with the launch of PHirst Park Homes Pandi.  The Pandi project unveiled last week 11 hectares out of the planned 18 hectares, with an initial Php1.6-billion inventory of the planned Php2.9 billion in total sales revenues. It is a follow up to the success of PHirst’s first three communities in Tanza, Cavite; Lipa, Batangas; and San Pablo, Laguna which has sold 3,800 homes valued at Php6.4 billion as of August 2019.  PHirst Park Homes’ footprint now covers 75.2 hectares and 7,908 units, worth Php13.3 billion.  PHirst Park Homes Pandi is accessible via the Santa Maria Pandi Road ,from the Bocaue or Balagtas exits of the North Luzon Expressway. The project offers two-storey modern designed homes, Unna single-attached and Calista townhouse cluster (Seen in photo), with floor areas of 40 sqm to 54 sqm, respectively. The price per house and lot starts at Php1.3 million.  PPHI plans to roll out 11 more out of 15 master-planned communities in the next four years to address the country’s reported housing backlog of 6.6 million.
