Considering living in a luxury condo?
Wondering if it will be the best choice for you?
If you’ve never lived the condo life before you may not immediately understand what it’s all about. However, there are a lot of perks to living in a luxury home that will improve your life in some big ways.
For one, when you start living in a condo you’ll have the elegance that you crave including all of the best amenities, convenience, and comfort immediately. Luxury condos are also usually centrally located and often have great views.
You’ll also have plenty of other amenities at your disposal as well.
Condos come with extra amenities that can improve your quality of life such as pools, fitness centers, and other community spaces. Many even have theater rooms, pet spas, and other great amenities that you’ll be able to make use of either on your own or when a friend comes to visit.
Most luxury condos are gated, and even have staff on duty 24/7 to make sure nobody unwanted gets in.
BRISK-SELLER
In Parklinks you can experience the quiet of the suburbs and the infectious energy of the metropolis. A joint venture of Eton Properties Philippines, Inc. (EPPI) and Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI), Parklinks is a 35-hectare mixed-use development that is envisioned to be the developers’ greenest urban estate in Metro Manila.
Ayala Land Premier (ALP) is selling the P26.7-billion, two-tower project, jointly developed by the two groups at the border of Quezon City and Pasig.
Last week, it was announced that the Parklinks North Tower has sold close to 70 percent of its available inventory. It was launched in November last year with a total value of about P12.7 billion.
The South Tower, on the other hand, will have a total value of P14 billion, and will have a total of 313 units.
“We still have to get our license for the South Tower but it will come out in the next few weeks,” Mike Jugo, ALP managing director said.
The North Tower will be completed in 2025 and the South Tower in 2027. Jugo said that at some point the company will sell units of the two towers at the same time.
From a starting average price of about P280,000 per square meter, units within the North Tower are now valued at more than P320,000 per square meter, marking a 15-percent increase in value.
SPACE GALORE
Parklinks North Tower will rise 55 floors over Parklinks, a 35-hectare, master-planned, mixed-use and sustainable estate envisioned to be the greenest urban community in Metro Manila.
With half of the total area dedicated to parks and open spaces, it will feature an interconnected network of four sprawling parks that will maximize access to green open spaces amid an animated urban landscape. The joint venture will invest P53 billion on the estate’s development over the next 10 years.
Parklinks Towers will be the only residence in Parklinks with a direct retail connection to Parklinks Mall and the River Esplanade de. Set to open in 2023 along C5, the five-story premium lifestyle Parklinks Mall will provide 51,000 square meters of leasable space.
It will have a sports center, an entertainment zone with six cinemas, office spaces, and a diverse mix of retail and dining options. On the other hand, the River Esplanade will be an open civic park with riverside dining establishments.
SOMETHING FOR EVERYBODY
Parklinks North Tower offers a total of 280 units with one- to four-bedroom configurations. Ranging from 70 to 306 square meters, units are priced from P22 million to 120 milli
Apart from its standard units, the tower offers a limited selection of special residences. The four-bedroom sky villa, with only nine available units of this type, offers a rare residence on the highest floors with an expanded living and dining experience, as well as a master suite almost as large as a one-bedroom unit.
The three-bedroom horizon villa, with only two units of this type, is an expansive bi-level unit with a sizable veranda located on the 45th and 46th floors.
Parklinks North Tower is expected to start unit turnovers by the third quarter of 2025.
