Megaworld Corp., the real estate arm of tycoon Andrew Tan, said it expects to raise as much as P4 billion in sales from a newly-launched residential tower in McKinley Hill, Taguig City.
Megaworld said in a statement the 23-story St. Mark Residences would offer 235 condominium units ranging from studio (up to 41 square meters), one-bedroom (up to 66 sqm), two-bedroom (up to 163 sqm) and three-bedroom units (up to 120 sqm). All units have balconies.
“St. Mark Residences will be among the last residential properties in McKinley Hill and is conveniently located beside the iconic Venice Grand Canal Mall,” Megaworld senior vice president Noli Hernandez said.
“Living in McKinley Hill allows walkable access to the mall and close proximity to and from C5 and the South Luzon Expressway as well as the Makati CBD via McKinley Road,” he said.
Slated for completion by 2021, St. Mark Residences would offer a wide array of amenities at its third-level podium that includes a clubhouse pavilion, swimming pool, children’s playground, fitness station, mini-theatre, function halls, library, gym with sauna, massage area, badminton courts and a tennis court.
It also has expansive landscaped gardens that include a meditation garden, a sculpture garden and a rock garden. The residential tower features full RFID access on each unit and in elevators for enhanced security.
Each unit features a ‘designer kitchen’ which comprises of branded kitchen fixtures customized for the unit such as overhead and under-counter cabinets.
The residential development will have a direct connection to the Venice Grand Canal Mall.
McKinley Hill is a 50-hectare township development of Megaworld within Fort Bonifacio. It is home to McKinley Hill Village, several residential towers, office towers, schools, foreign embassies and the McKinley Hill Football Stadium.
Around 100,000 workers, mostly from the IT and BPO sectors, are employed in the various towers inside McKinley Hill while around 15,000 residents live in the township.
